Integrated Pain Solutions started in 2012
with a small clinic in Laurinburg, North Carolina. Today, we have nine clinics located throughout the central and southeastern regions of our state. The clinics provide services to patients from more than 20 counties.

We are committed to providing pain relief
while minimizing the use of opioid medications. That’s why we provide medication management, procedures, and alternative therapies. In addition, patient education is given the highest priority in our practice. Patients and their family members must understand the dynamics of chronic pain.
Many of our services are covered by insurance.
We also accept self-pay patients. Most of our patients are referred to us by their primary care providers. We work tirelessly to earn this trust and never take it for granted.
