About IPS
Ms. Janet Campbell is a certified family nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Western Governors University and post-graduate certification from Maryville University. Ms. Campbell also holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and an associate’s degree from Richmond Community College in Rockingham, NC.
Ms. Nadine Shivers is a certified family nurse practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Business and Management – Health Care Administration, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, all from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ. Ms. Shivers also holds a diploma in nursing from St. Lawrence College in Cornwall, Ontario, Canada.
Ms. Nicole Mealy is a board-certified physician assistant. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
Ms. Jamie Delivuk is a certified family nurse practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Pacific Luthern University in Tacoma, WA. Ms. Delivuk also received training as a healthcare specialist with the United States Army, Academy of Health Sciences at Fort Sam Houston, TX.
Ms. Alice Beane is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. She has over 30 years of collective experience as a registered nurse and family nurse practitioner. Ms. Beane received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Duke University.
Ms. Kimberly Box is certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee.
Dr. Thomas Bresley is our Medical Director for the central region. He received his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University School of Medicine in Bethesda, MD, and is board-certified in family and nuclear medicine. He also holds an undergraduate degree from Boston University. Before coming to IPS in 2018, Dr. Bresley served as a physician with the United States Army for almost 30 years.
Ms. Jackie Chavis is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University and an associate’s degree from Richmond Community College in Rockingham, NC. Ms. Chavis also has PALS, BLS, and ACLS certifications in nursing.
Mr. Joel Hart is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). He received his Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Tech University.
Ms. Marva Rich is a certified physician assistant with over 12 years of experience treating chronic pain. She holds a Master in Health Sciences degree from Duke University. Ms. Rich is also a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Mr. John Rice is a certified physician assistant specializing in pain management. He holds a doctorate in medical science from the University of Lynchburg in Virginia, a Master of Health Science degree from Duke University School of Medicine, a Master of Public Health degree with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville, where he graduated with distinction. Mr. Rice honorably served in the United States Navy.
Ms. Laneshia Patrick is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center in adult gerontology and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She has over seven years of experience as a nurse practitioner and over 14 years in healthcare. Ms. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of South Alabama and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.
Ms. Jennifer Miramotes is a family nurse practitioner with over 14 years of experience treating patients with chronic pain. She is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She is also certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) by the ANCC. Ms. Miramontes holds a Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Alaska in Anchorage and a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University.
Mr. John Lane is a certified physician assistant. He holds a Master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. Before joining IPS, Mr. Lane served as an Aeromedical Physician Assistant in the United States Army. He retired from the Army after 29 years of service. Mr. Lane is trained in auricular acupuncture which he uses to help patients manage chronic pain.
Ms. Shalandria Knight is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner who specializes in pain management. She received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Ms. Patricia Grant has over 20 years of experience as an advanced practice nurse specializing in the treatment of acute and chronic pain through a multidisciplinary approach. She is committed to the physical, psychological, and functional well-being of her patients. Ms. Grant received her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the State University of New York at Stoney Brook, and her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Molloy College in Rockville, MD.
Ms. Cecelia Glaubitz is a licensed nurse and certified family nurse practitioner. Her practice includes the treatment of opioid use disorder and treatment-resistant depression. Ms. Glaubitz received a Master of Science in Nursing degree from South University in Savannah, GA, where she graduated with honors. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Armstrong Atlantic State University where she graduated cum laude. Ms. Glaubitz has worked at IPS since 2019. Before joining IPS, she worked at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC, St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA, and St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savanah, GA.
Ms. Sharon Delois Coggin is a physician assistant with more than 35 years of collective experience in various specialties. She received her degree as a physician assistant from the Wake Forest University School of Medicine.
Ms. Karen Warwick is a board-certified nurse practitioner who is passionate about providing holistic and compassionate care to those suffering from chronic pain. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
